Product Characteristics

1.Our FRP exhaust fans suit various industrial and agricultural working conditions. They are ideal for high-temperature, pungent-fume workshops: heat treatment plants, foundries, plastic/aluminum processing factories, shoe/leather workshops, electroplating, printing & dyeing and chemical plants. They also fit labor-intensive sites like garment factories, assembly workshops and internet cafes. The fans deliver ventilation and cooling for greenhouses and livestock farms. They perform excellently for humidity-controlled cooling spaces, covering cotton, wool, linen, chemical fiber, warp knitting, silk, hosiery and all other textile mills.

2.The supporting drive motor adopts Class F insulation. It resists high heat and impact, with a long insulation service life.

3.The motor casing is made of stretched aluminum alloy. It features a sturdy structure, smooth surface and efficient heat dissipation. Easy to install and operate, the fan runs stably with high safety and reliability.

Conditions of use of motors

1.Standard applicable altitude: ≤1000m. Custom plateau motors are available for sites over 1000m.

2.Stable operating ambient temperature range: -15℃ ~ 40℃.

3.S1 continuous duty design for long-hour steady running.

4.Rated supply voltage tolerance: ±5%; short-term fluctuation up to 10% is acceptable. Power frequency variation is limited to ±2%.

5.Internal windings use Class F high-temperature resistant insulation.

6.Two optional protection ratings: IP54 & IP55.

7.Standard IC411 self-ventilated cooling system for efficient heat dissipation.
